Bio
Macanta is the vehicle for the songs of singer-songwriter Dòl Eoin MacKinnon, a Gaelic-speaking native of the Isle of Harris. With Terry Balfour’s skillfull mandolin and guitar playing, this two-piece version of the band will bring a unique blend of bilingual Indie Folk and Americana music to their first Portuguese audience.
