Invitation to CIDLeS’ General Assembly

CIDLeS is pleased to invite all its members to attend the General Assembly which will be convened on January 13th, at 18:30 (Lisbon time), in Rua do Remexido Loja 15, 2395-174 Minde.

Agenda for the Ordinary Meeting:

1. Presentation, discussion and approval of Work Plan and Budget for 2015.

Following Chapter III, Article 10, sections 4 and 5 of the present Statutes of CIDLeS, the General Assembly is deemed to be duly constituted with at least half plus one of the members, and one-half hour from the time scheduled with any number of members . Members are allowed to be represented only by another member. Under no circumstances may an associate represent more than one member. The representation is formalized by letter addressed to the Chair of the General Meeting.

Given that the General Assembly will also take place through videoconference, you may attend it via Skype as well (Skype contact: peter.bouda)

If your membership fee is still open, please ensure that the payment is done before the day of the General Assembly:
