Language diversity at Escola Secundária do Entroncamento

The discussion on language diversity comes to the local schools in Portugal. After Escola Secundária de Alcanena, now it is the turn of Escola Secundária do Entroncamento.

On the 3rd of April Vera Ferreira and Rita Pedro will give a workshop on language diversity and endangered languages to the students of the 10th grade of Escola Secundária do Entrocamento. This workshop, whose main aim is to raise students’ awareness of (local) linguistic diversity and the situation of endangered languages around the world, is integrated in the activities organized by the school to celebrate “Entroncamento Schools’ Week”.
