Endangered languages and their documentation at school

On the 8th of Januray, endangered languages and their documentation was the main topic of a very interesting discussion between Vera Ferreira, Rita Pedro and more than 70 students of Escola Secundária de Alcanena. During a 4-hour talk/workshop the students got acquainted with linguistic diversity, (European) endangered languages and learnt more about language documentation and its techniques.

This was a small but important step for the consciencialization of the younger generation to the other side of linguistic diversity.
